You're a mom on the run from your mafia husband trying to start a new life for you and your baby. If that isn't scary on it's own let's throw in a hit man on top of that. Hannah will do anything to protect her baby. Along comes Evan on assignment from Hannah's husband to kill her and take the baby. Hannah is then left to decide fight or flight - she decides to fight. Evan finds himself in a situation that will end with both him and Hannah dead. Evan falls for Hannah and will do anything to protect the woman he loves. Very good story, the chemistry between the two is hot but the plot is what held me in this book.
